Mark has always been a Texan. He was born in San Antonio and grew up in McAllen. “I became a lawyer because I didn’t want to be a helpless victim of the legal system.” Mark feels legal issues can be a life-changing event. He is driven by a desire to be the kind of professional who can be trusted in an hour of need. He has always wanted to be “the kind of lawyer my father and others like him would be thankful to have on their side!”

Mark’s greatest strength is in his attention to detail. He believes in treating clients as he would like to be treated, meaning phone calls are answered promptly, appointment times are respected, and regular reports of case progress are made.

His corporate philosophy includes being proactive and working with the client toward the end goal, rather than scrambling to keep up. This means that Mark limits his caseload so he is able to achieve the standards he sets. His experience of over 25 years dealing with legal issues, and intellect, are assets in the complicated and changing world of law.
