MINIMUM STAFF REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English grammar and writing;
  • Educational attainment;
  • Spanish language and writing skills helpful;
  • Excellent computer skills (standard word processing and spreadsheet programs, navigating the Internet; e-mail and computer file management);
  • Pleasant phone and in-person manner with clients and third parties
  • Previous legal experience helpful, but not always required for the right person. We will consider training qualified and eager applicants on legal duties.


MINIMUM ATTORNEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Law degree from accredited school with excellent scholastic achievement;
  • Texas Law License or education track working towards Texas Law License;
  • Superior writing and legal research skills;
  • Computer proficiency (word processing and spreadsheet programs, e-mail and computer file management, legal research).
