MINIMUM STAFF REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in English grammar and writing;
- Educational attainment;
- Spanish language and writing skills helpful;
- Excellent computer skills (standard word processing and
spreadsheet programs, navigating the Internet; e-mail and computer file
management);
- Pleasant phone and in-person manner with clients and
third parties
- Previous legal experience helpful, but not always required
for the right person. We will consider training qualified and eager
applicants on legal duties.
MINIMUM ATTORNEY REQUIREMENTS
- Law degree from accredited school with excellent
scholastic achievement;
- Texas Law License or education track working towards
Texas Law License;
- Superior writing and legal research skills;
- Computer proficiency (word processing and spreadsheet
programs, e-mail and computer file management, legal research).
